MMS Spirit Week

This week students and staff at MMS will be helping Scott High School celebrate their HOMECOMING with a SPIRIT WEEK! We are so excited to see what everyone comes up with!

FamilyCare Mobile Unit

As part of our mission at Madison Middle School we are re-thinking our role and dynamic as it pertains to our communities. In doing so, it is our goal to become a “Community School”, offering the opportunity for services to our students and families allowing them to lead healthier, happier, more productive lives.

A valued part of being a “Community School” is offering opportunities to quality health care. Through the continued partnership between FamilyCare Health Centers, Boone County Schools, and Madison Middle School we are bringing expanded hours to afford all students the opportunity to receive health care services at Madison Middle School.

It is our hope that the expansion to a full day and a half of the FamilyCare Health Centers mobile clinic will provide all students access to quality health care, conveniently at school. Students may access the mobile unit by visiting the school nurse, school office or by calling the above numbers to make an appointment through FamilyCare Health Centers.

COVID-19 Pfizer Vaccine Consent Form for Student Vaccine Clinics

Any student wishing to receive the vaccine who has previously contacted the school needs to complete this form and send it to Madison Middle School ASAP. We anticipate a student vaccine clinic very soon and students cannot receive the vaccine without a completed and signed form.
